I.D x Kate&Naomi

Don’t Like Lady GAGA!!

I have to say that they both look absolutely DIVINE as always gracing the 30th Birthday Issue of i.D Magazine!

Erm…so it seems Lady GAGA is not a hit with THE two most powerful supermodels! Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell were supposed to be doing a cover shoot together, but when they found out at the last minute that they would also be joined by Lady GAGA they were less than thrilled and decided to do the covers separately instead of having GAGA as a third wheel! I don’t blame them…how can she really compare to either of them! I can’t imagine them all sharing a cover. Panic avoided.

On a positive note… i.D one of the best British magazine dedicated to fashion, music, art and youth culture is celebrating the release of over 300 mags to date in 30 years.

Just had to add this extract from i.D Editor-in-chief Terry Jones ::

“30 years – whoosh, more than an instant in i-D’s lifeline – it’s a generation. Three decades to be celebrated and contained in this special issue. The whole issue was created by Nick Knight 200 portraits that SHOWstudio made at the close of 2009 in Somerset House – once the home of British passports, now the central location for British Fashion Week. Nick’s celebration of identity was also a commemorative project inspired by the 5th birthday issue of i-D, where 100 portraits were featured in The Grown Up Issue. 25 years on, the gallery selection grew to 200. Happy birthday!”
