I can’t get enough NABE during Autumn and Winter… and at the moment I’m enjoying munching on Miso & Soy milk flavoured nabe (HOT POT).
This has to be one of the most simple Japanese dishes, but one that I enjoy the most. My favourite Japanese dishes are Nabe & Udon with shrimp tempura…(and I make a mean 肉じゃが) I could eat them all day everyday. Plus it helps me to stock up on my veggie requirement.
I have to say… I keep forcing my man to add more water the last time we ate it(my bad), so when it came to eating it the good stuff was totally drowned! Ooops…
