IKEA goodies…

But not for your interior!

So we went to IKEA for the first time together!

What did I come away with?…Ja! Choklad, Godis & PotatisChips! You know I always want to try something new especially Snacks!

And did we have fun, being an Architect graduate & Aspiring designer myself, I tend to have an eye for space, shape, colour & texture which is exactly what you need in a store like this.

So I absolutely L.O.V.E renovating projects and now I have my own. Over the next few months I’ll be building my our own castle.

“Every man’s home is his Castle”

No matter the size, but I can’t wait for SPACE! My “Box” room in Tokyo will be no more…and this trip was to find out exactly what’s out there. That we did, but there’s more!

Creative Peopleも最高、believe in your ドリムス & they will come true!オンリーあなたがcontrol your future! Never Give up!

そして、I found my favourite chair which two of my favourite Architects Le Corbusier & Charlotte Perirand collaborated on in 1929.

Le Petite Confort Armchair is a beautiful cube form with leather wrapped cushions in a chrome plated metal tubing basket. Part of the intrigue of this chair is that it was among the first furnishings that made the frame a visible element of the design. This sensational forward thinking has become a popular aspect of modern furniture design.”

Sadly it’s not from IKEA so it doesn’t come with THAT price tag!

I’ve been obsessed with this chair ever since I wrote a paper on Charlotte Perriand during my second year at The Manchester School of Architecture. And finally I will own it, I am over the moon and the prospect!

Fingers crossed everything goes to plan…
