My Cooking Trials pt.7


Oh I do love my veggies…

Now time to gentle fry the カルビjust enough so it still soft & chewy.

Boil the noodles & add the veg to simmer gently in the soup.

And there you have it…



  • Karubi beef 800g
  • water 1.5litres
  • Japanese white radish/roots/bean/leek assortment
  • 2 x eggs
  • Dashi 2 tsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Salt 3tsp
  • AJINOMOTO 1tsp
  • Soy sauce 2tsp

I hadn’t posted a cooking trial for a while and as I’m usually either cooking or eating out I always forget to take pictures while cooking. But I love eating out and so when we had yaki niku the other day I decided the next time I cooked a Korean dish I’d pick my favourite from the meal that night. Which was KARUBI KUPPA (with rice) but we were having Ramen so I just changed up the Carbs.

However recently I thinking about the NO CARBS diet that everyone raves about, Apparently it’s so easy to lose a few pounds!
